About the Role
Are you an experienced Senior Care Assistant or a Care Assistant ready to step up? We’re seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our welcoming community at Akari Care.
In this role, you’ll work alongside our care assistants to provide exceptional care to our residents. You’ll help observe and review care plans, suggest fun social activities, and guide the training and supervision of new and junior team members—all in line with Akari’s heartfelt values. Together, we create a home-like atmosphere that feels personal and comforting for residents and their families, tailored to their unique needs.
