About the Programme
Launch your career in banking with our 18-month graduate programme, designed to immerse you in a global environment. You’ll connect with peers and senior leaders across the Group, building a network to fuel your growth. Through hands-on experience and tailored training, you’ll sharpen your technical, business, and interpersonal skills. As part of the programme, you’ll rotate through diverse teams within CABM, gaining exposure to key areas of our operations:
- Brand Strategy & Management: Collaborate on strategies to amplify our global brand presence.
- Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) Marketing: Support marketing efforts for our corporate and institutional banking services.
- Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) Marketing: Drive campaigns that enhance customer engagement and promote retail banking products.
- Private Bank Marketing: Craft tailored marketing strategies for our private banking clients, delivering a premium, personalised experience.
- Global Communications & Media Relations: Manage media interactions to ensure our brand shines consistently worldwide.
- Internal & Corporate Communications: Shape internal messaging to keep our people connected and external storytelling to reflect our growth and values.
- Brand Partnerships & Events: Help organise sponsorships and events that boost our brand’s visibility.
- Community Impact: Contribute to CSR initiatives that demonstrate our dedication to the communities we serve.
Rotating across cluster and global teams, you’ll gain a comprehensive view of our function, building expertise across its many specialisms. Creativity, teamwork, and collaboration are at the heart of our vibrant culture.
Eligibility
We’re open to final-year students from any degree background with strong academic achievements and diverse perspectives. You should be ready to start in July 2025 and have the permanent legal right to work in the UK. For UK applicants, visa sponsorship is considered.
