Warehouse Operatives – Picking & Packing
Net World Sports | Wrexham HQ (LL13 9UT)

Join our fast-moving Warehouse Team at Net World Sports, where your role as a Picking & Packing Operative will be crucial to our daily operations. You’ll benefit from a clear development plan and a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and career progression.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Accurately pick customer orders using our advanced systems in our brand-new 411,000 sq. ft warehouse.
  • Maintain performance and efficiency to meet daily and weekly targets.
  • Follow detailed packing procedures to prepare over 16,000 products for worldwide shipping.
  • Ensure all orders meet internal standards and courier requirements for speed and accuracy.
  • Take on additional tasks within the warehouse, gaining new skills and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Keep your workspace safe and organised, following all Health & Safety regulations.

Shift Patterns Available:

AM/PM (Full-Time, 37.5 hrs/week)
Monday–Friday alternating weekly shifts:

  • 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
    Starting salary: £23,850, with performance bonuses up to £28,050 per year.
  • 4On/4Off (Full-Time, 12-hour shifts)
    Rolling pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off.
  • Mon–Sat: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sun: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
    Starting salary: £24,550, with bonuses up to £28,750 per year.
  • Flexible Hours (Part-Time)
    Late shift: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
