About Us

The Daisy Green Collection brings the laid‑back energy of Australian cafés and restaurants to London. Our venues are designed as welcoming neighbourhood spaces—places where locals, workers, and visitors come together over exceptional food, wine, and coffee.

Our menus are cooked fresh in‑house using carefully sourced ingredients. Inspired by our founder Prue Freeman’s upbringing on an Australian sheep farm and long summers by the sea, our food blends Mediterranean simplicity with vibrant Asian influences.

From cafés and restaurants to hidden gardens and creative pop‑ups, each of our 19 London venues has its own personality and story, all rooted in quality, warmth, and genuine hospitality.

Your Role

As a Waiter or Waitress, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience. You’ll:

• Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient table service
• Confidently guide guests through our menus, drinks, and brand story
• Work closely with your team to ensure smooth service at all times
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for people who bring energy, professionalism, and a team‑first mindset. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer‑facing role
• A genuine passion for food, wine, and specialty coffee
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support your team
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility across shifts
• A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Legal right to work in the UK
