About the Role
Henley Business School is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Coordinator to support the growth and success of its Open Enrolment Executive Education Programmes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, commercial environment and takes pride in delivering excellent client service. You will play a key role in supporting revenue generation by helping convert interest into enrolments, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing high-quality administrative and analytical support.
Your Impact
Working within the high-performing Open Enrolment Business Development team, you will contribute directly to the School’s annual income targets. You will support the full client journey — from first enquiry through to programme delivery — ensuring a smooth, professional experience for participants and stakeholders alike.
You will work closely with Business Development Managers, academic colleagues, and professional services teams, receiving day-to-day guidance while developing your own commercial and organisational expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly and professionally to programme enquiries
- Supporting the conversion of leads generated through marketing campaigns and events
- Maintaining accurate customer records and bookings using the CRM system
- Monitoring programme capacity and assisting with invoicing and payment processes
- Supporting client onboarding, retention, transfers, and programme changes
- Producing accurate administrative and data reports to support decision-making
