About the Role

As an EMEA Nonprofit Account Executive, you will lead the growth of AI adoption across nonprofit organisations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships and supporting organisations in integrating AI into their programmes, fundraising, research, and operations.

You will operate across diverse regulatory and cultural environments, ensuring compliance with frameworks such as the UK GDPR and wider European data protection laws

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing nonprofit clients across EMEA
  Own the full sales lifecycle, from outreach to contract completion
  Navigate procurement processes aligned with UK and EU regulations 
  Develop market-specific sales strategies across different regions and cultures
  Engage with senior stakeholders including executives, trustees, and IT leaders
  Ensure compliance with data privacy and AI governance standards 
  Build partnerships with sector bodies and nonprofit networks
  Collaborate with global teams across time zones

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in EMEA sales, especially Portuguese-speaking markets
  Proven success managing complex, multi-country deals
  Strong understanding of data protection laws
  Experience with enterprise-level contracts and procurement frameworks
  Excellent communication skills across cultural contexts
  Fluency in English and Portuguese required
  Interest in ethical AI and social impact

Desirable Experience

• Experience working with NGOs, charities, or international development organisations
  Knowledge of UK charity regulations (https://www.gov.uk/set-up-a-charity
  Familiarity with nonprofit funding structures and compliance requirements
  Understanding of employment and workplace regulations in the UK 
  Experience with nonprofit CRM systems and platforms

Role Logistics

Location: London preferred; remote EU/UK considered
Travel: Up to 40% across EMEA
Working Pattern: Hybrid (minimum 25% office-based)
Visa Sponsorship: Available

Salary

• £195,000 – £280,000 (On-Target Earnings)
  Includes base salary and commission.
