About You

As a nurse at HC-One, you will expand your present skill set by working in a nurse-led setting, developing complicated decision making, and collaboration abilities, to mention a few! You will make a difference in the lives of our residents at a time when they are most vulnerable, and they will look to you for guidance and support in life-changing decisions, which is both humbling and extremely rewarding.

You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number, and you will understand your commitment to your profession as defined by the NMC’s standards of practice.

You will be enthusiastic in mentoring and sharing your experience with your colleagues, as well as supporting students as a practice supervisor and assessor. You will recognise the significance of excellent verbal and written communication and will serve as a role model for professional behaviour.
You will advocate for and provide person-centered care to our care home residents and their family.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility, so you should be able to detect the indications of potential abuse, harm, or neglect in its various forms and know what to do if you have any concerns. All colleagues are obliged to undergo safeguarding training that is relevant for their work, as well as supplementary training in related areas. You can also seek appropriate guidance and report issues, which may result in escalation if action is not taken.
