The Successful Candidate Will:
Lead, manage, and develop the Science department, taking responsibility for curriculum development and sharing best practices.
Deliver high-quality, effective learning experiences to all students with a collaborative approach to teaching.
Be a well-qualified teacher with excellent subject knowledge and the ability to teach across the 11-19 age range.
Be committed to delivering the best outcomes for all students.
Have a keen interest in how children learn and a commitment to the principles of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
Promote the safeguarding and welfare of young people in all aspects of their role.
