We are searching for a highly motivated, empathetic leader to coordinate day-to-day operations on the delivery suite. The applicant will be responsible for promoting safety and excellence by serving as the clinical expert on shift, coordinating care, and communicating with the multidisciplinary team. This will necessitate exceptional leadership, management, and communication abilities consistent with our We Care values.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Band 7 midwife who is dedicated to provide a high-quality service to the women and birthing people of East Kent.

The midwifery sister will provide managerial support and direct line management for the assigned setting, while keeping their clinical skills and practice. The post holder will assist the Midwifery Matron in the planning and modernisation of service delivery, which will initially be a core function of the role, while sustaining service provision within the area of responsibility and contributing to the delivery of key performance outcomes.
