Digital Technology Services (DTS) at the University of Reading is offering two exciting opportunities for experienced project management professionals to join our Digital Portfolio and Change Team. These roles are central to delivering key initiatives aligned with our digital strategy and broader organisational goals.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex business and IT transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery through effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Significant experience delivering complex business and IT transformation projects
  • A PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across departments and with external suppliers
  • Confidence in facilitating and influencing discussions at senior levels
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and resilient approach to change delivery
