About the Role

This position plays a key role in advancing Henley’s reputation for excellence in leadership, coaching, and organisational behaviour. You will contribute to postgraduate and executive education programmes while continuing to build a strong research profile that influences both scholarship and practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging teaching on MBA, MSc, and related postgraduate programmes
  • Contribute to executive education, where appropriate
  • Use facilitative and collaborative teaching approaches suited to experienced professionals
  • Produce high-quality, internationally recognised research
  • Supervise postgraduate students and contribute to academic leadership within the department
  • Actively participate in teamwork, while working confidently with academic autonomy

About You

We are looking for an academic who is both intellectually rigorous and highly personable—someone who thrives in a challenging, professional learning environment.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience teaching at postgraduate level (MBA/MSc or equivalent)
  • A strong track record of research and teaching excellence in Coaching and/or Organisational Behaviour
  • A facilitative teaching style that encourages reflection, dialogue, and applied learning
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with senior, experienced learners
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative academic culture
