Location: Paternoster House, Cirencester, GL7 1JR
Pay Rate: £21.36/hour (Mon-Fri), £22.36/hour (Weekends)
Contracted Hours: 24 or 48 hours per week

Nestled in the picturesque Cotswold town of Cirencester, Paternoster House is a well-established 40-bed care home offering residential, nursing, and respite care in a peaceful setting.
Your Role as a Night Nurse
Are you a Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults? Do you hold a current NMC PIN? If so, we’d love for you to join our team.
As a Night Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in leading and managing the care team, ensuring the highest standards of nursing and personal care. You will:
Deliver, monitor, and adjust individual care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Provide clinical leadership, offering guidance and support to the care team.
Liaise with GPs, hospitals, and external agencies to ensure seamless care.
Work autonomously while benefiting from a supportive, team-focused environment.
Gain exposure to a wide range of clinical experiences, helping you develop and progress in your career.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with post-registration experience. A passion for high-quality care and a collaborative approach are essential. You’ll also:
✅ Be confident working autonomously while providing leadership to your team.
✅ Understand regulatory frameworks and best practices in elderly care.
✅ Have experience in or be willing to train in:
Medication administration
Catheterisation
End-of-life care & verification of death
Syringe drivers & gastrostomy care
Venepuncture & diabetic awareness
Tissue viability & epilepsy awareness
Sepsis recognition & management of deterioration
