As a nurse, you will deliver prompt and effective clinical care to ensure the safety and well-being of our service users. Leading by example, you will uphold the culture and core values of The Willows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and delivering care plans
- Take on the role of primary nurse for a group of service users, as assigned by the home manager
- Participate in clinical meetings and raise concerns with the manager as necessary
- Support service users with daily activities
- Encourage and assist service users in engaging with therapeutic activities and events to help them build skills and independence
The Ideal Candidate:
- Active NMC pin and current registration
- Experience in mental health nursing
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
