This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team providing essential administrative support throughout the entire student journey, from enrollment to graduation. You’ll be overseeing a team of Programme Administrators within a Support Centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programme administration and teaching support for both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Working closely with the Programme Manager, Heads of the Support Centre, and key stakeholders across Schools and central services, you’ll help identify and implement best practices, ensuring consistent and effective processes across the University and contributing to feedback mechanisms.
The role offers a range of responsibilities and opportunities to engage in a supportive, friendly, and energetic work environment at the University.

Role Details:
- We are offering two part-time roles:
- 0.6 FTE at Earley Gate Support Centre
- 0.8 FTE at London Road Support Centre
