About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Services Delivery Manager to lead our technical teams in delivering exceptional services to our clients. In this role, you will oversee project delivery, installations, break/fix repairs, maintenance, and technical support resources, ensuring client satisfaction and driving ongoing improvements in our technical operations.

Key responsibilities include managing the technical services delivery team to ensure projects are executed on time and to a high standard. You will develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for overseeing project planning, implementation, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and resolve any technical challenges.

Other responsibilities will include:

Implementing best practices in project management and service delivery to drive efficiency and quality.

Analyzing performance metrics and providing regular reports to senior management on service delivery and client satisfaction.

Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service offerings and operational processes.

About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in a project-based or technical services environment. You should be comfortable managing a remote, multi-skilled service engineer team, and have experience with budget management.

Our ideal candidate will have:

A degree or equivalent experience in engineering, project management, or a related field.

A motivational leadership style that encourages collaboration.

Proven experience in managing both transformational and incremental change.

Strong ability to engage stakeholders and build a network within the company.

A management qualification, such as CMI or ILM.
