If you are already in the UK, hold an active NMC PIN, and are working as a Nurse in a Nursing Home, this could be your next opportunity. About the Role
In this rewarding position, you will:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in line with each resident’s individual care plan
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and effectively
• Record and monitor residents’ vital signs with accuracy and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver holistic care
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of residents’ health and wellbeing
• Maintain a safe, clean environment in compliance with infection control standards
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and colleagues
• Support and mentor junior staff, leading by example

Requirements

To be considered, you must:

• Hold active NMC registration with a valid PIN
• Be currently working as a Nurse in a UK Nursing Home
• Have previous experience in care home or similar healthcare settings
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
• Be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Approach care with compassion and a genuine focus on residents’ needs
• Be eligible for Tier 2 sponsorship
