As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to lead operations at our Hamilton branch and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Role Overview

As Shop Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, service, hygiene, and team performance. You’ll be a strong leader with the ability to drive results while fostering a positive and productive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring excellent food quality and customer service
• Lead, train, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Create and manage staff schedules, performance reviews, and training plans
• Address customer feedback promptly and professionally
• Manage stock levels and coordinate supplier orders
• Monitor sales, KPIs, and implement strategies to drive performance
• Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and brand standards

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality or food service
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage teams, resolve issues, and maintain high standards under pressure
• Solid understanding of food safety and customer service principles
• Experience with Asian or Indo-Chinese cuisine is an advantage but not essential
• Right to work in the UK – visa sponsorship available for qualified applicants

Work Schedule
