About the Role
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality care to adults with a range of mental health conditions. This role involves both day-to-day care and long-term rehabilitation, giving you the opportunity to make a lasting difference.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
- Leading care planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting team cohesion
- Monitoring, recording, and reporting on patient progress
- Promoting a positive and safe care environment
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A qualified RMN with valid NMC registration
- Experienced in mental health nursing
- Compassionate, flexible, and team-focused
- Committed to delivering high standards of evidence-based care
Where You’ll Work
You’ll be based across three care homes in Luton:
Ellenbrook House, Stockwood House, and Talbot House
(Addresses: 32 Studley Road, and 1 & 10 Cutenhoe Road, Luton, LU3 1BB)
These homes provide specialized support for individuals with eating disorders and complex mental health needs. Patients often progress through the homes as they recover, giving you the unique opportunity to support them throughout their rehabilitation journey.
