Essential Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (for business and personal use)
• Valid business insurance
• Previous UK care experience
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Familiarity with digital care systems for logging visits and client notes
• Ability to work alternate weekends
• Commitment to completing mandatory training
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and understanding with service users

Employment is subject to:

• Proof of right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS check
• Satisfactory references

Visa Sponsorship Criteria:

Minimum Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or at least 1 year of experience as a senior carer or care assistant

Clean, complete CV with no unexplained employment or education gaps

High proficiency in spoken and written English
