JOB SUMMARY
T4 Bubble Tea Guildford Store – General Manager
We want a driven and business-minded General Manager to join our team. This position requires a high level of responsibility and control over all elements of operations.We are seeking for a true business partner; you will have the ability to determine how the store operates and will share in the company’s revenues.
Who we are.
- T4 was created in Taiwan in 2004 with the goal of making consumers happy by serving great bubble tea. T4 Guildford debuted in 2018 as part of the T4 franchise chain.
Your role:
Operations:
– Oversee and lead the store’s daily operations.
– Recruit and retain employees to ensure high-quality service; lead and motivate the team.
– Ensure the store’s cleanliness and maintain high hygiene standards.
– Stock and inventory management.
Sales Growth:
– Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profits.
– Develop and implement creative campaigns to engage customers.
Finance and management:
– Set and manage sales targets and expense limits.
– Provide a report on store performance in relation to the budget and key performance indicators.

What We Offer
Compensation:
– earnings sharing scheme – a sizable portion of the company’s net earnings.
– £25k base pay plus profit share bonus (average between £6k and £20k; no higher limit).
– The total projected compensation ranges from £31,000 to £45,000.
