Salary: £38,223 – £43,421 per annum
Full-time, Permanent – 37 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker with a drive to support individuals in their journey to live independently and achieve their goals. This exciting role is part of our Adult Services Mental Health Team in central Lancashire.

What You’ll Be Doing:
In this fast-paced role, you will work with adults facing a range of mental health challenges, requiring statutory interventions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting complex assessments and commissioning care
- Managing statutory interventions and participating in duty tasks
- Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure co-production and the best outcomes for patients
- Assisting the Team Manager with complaint handling, recruitment, supervision, and facilitating Best Practice sessions to enhance team development
You will also be expected to undertake the Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) qualification if you haven’t already achieved it.
