- Salary: £33,300–£43,400
- Location: Cambridge, Coventry, hybrid
- Contract: full-time, permanent, 35 hours per week.

About the role
As Special Requirements Manager, you will spearhead efforts to sustain our commitment to inclusive education. Working with an experienced team, you’ll oversee important processes, produce significant insights, and offer expert advice to ensure that students with impairments or disadvantages receive the assistance they require.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead access arrangements, reasonable adaptations, and special consideration procedures
- Extract meaningful information from special needs procedures, and collaborate with OCR leaders to strengthen our solutions and client support.
- Provide expert guidance to internal and external stakeholders regarding special needs processes.
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and other awarding organisations to help design JCQ requirements for specific requirements.
About You
You are an experienced educator who understands the qualifications and challenges that kids with special needs confront.
In addition to your school expertise, you will have strong organisational and leadership abilities, as well as the capacity to assess and adapt to complicated situations. You are also skilled at dealing with delicate and challenging matters empathically.
