Position: Restaurant Manager
Employer: Large Multi-Cuisine Restaurant
Location: Edinburgh
Gross OTE Salary Package: Approx. £35,000 (+ share of service charge + targeted bonus)
Working Hours: 48 hours/week, 5 days

Role Overview:
Your role will involve a wide range of duties including administrative tasks, leadership, customer service, and other practical responsibilities in line with the position. The primary goal is to manage operations efficiently while delivering a polished customer experience at a prestigious upscale restaurant.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
• Relevant Health & Safety certifications and knowledge of HACCP protocols
• Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer literacy
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Resident within a commutable distance (up to 1 hour)
