The position available is with a renowned Fine Dining Pakistani Restaurant in Edinburgh. Known for using the finest local produce, fresh herbs, and carefully chosen whole spices, this restaurant delivers traditional South Asian dishes while incorporating modern food trends. Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Employer: Fine Dining Pakistani Restaurant
Location: Edinburgh
Gross OTE Salary Package: Approx. £32,000 (+ share of service charge + targeted bonus)
Weekly Working Hours / Days: 48 hours / 5 days
Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), incentives, employer’s pension scheme, employee care initiatives, and more.

In this role, you’ll assist with various front-of-house operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of high standards and objectives for the business. Your primary focus will be providing a polished customer experience befitting a prestigious upscale restaurant, including administrative and customer service duties.

To qualify, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

Eligibility to live and work in the UK

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in progressively senior positions

Training from a world-renowned hospitality institute

Personal alcohol license

Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols

Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills

Resident within a one-hour commute of the location
