The successful candidate will work with a diverse range of cardiology patients, providing care to individuals who have undergone various cardiology procedures such as Coronary Angiography/Intervention, Pacemaker/ICD implantation, Electrophysiology Studies/Ablations, and Structural Heart procedures (including Trans-Aortic Valve Implantation).

Main Duties of the Job
This position is for a qualified nurse seeking to expand their experience and expertise. The post holder will be responsible for assessing patient care needs, developing care plans, and implementing and evaluating care delivery. The role will also involve taking charge of the ward when necessary. The post holder is expected to demonstrate strong clinical skills, support the development of other staff and learners, and act as a positive role model by treating all staff, visitors, and patients with respect and courtesy.

Detailed Job Description and Main Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for delivering care to patients within Ward 26. As a registered nurse, they will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care during their shift. The post holder will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and ward staff to meet patient needs, following the policies and procedures of Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. Additionally, they will provide supervision and guidance to junior staff.
