As part of the RESILIENCE Centre of Excellence for UK Medicines Manufacturing Skills, funded by Innovate UK and the Office for Life Sciences, we are recruiting two new trainers to join the NHC team. The RESILIENCE Centre will focus on developing and delivering training programs that address the skills demand within the life sciences sector. In partnership with University College London, University of Birmingham, Heriot-Watt University, and Britest, the Centre will support healthcare and pharmaceutical organisations, offering a central entry point for training, career development, and a range of continuing professional development (CPD) courses.
Role Overview: In this position, you will collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality training and outreach, contributing to the production and delivery of future medicines. With a background in molecular biology, biotechnology, analytical chemistry, or manufacturing, you will support skills training across the entire career pipeline for industry, academia, and the NHS. Your work will involve sharing best practices and incorporating cutting-edge training techniques, including in-person technical training, virtual reality (VR), and mixed reality (MR), to foster digital transformation and support net-zero practices.
Visa Sponsorship: Please note that this position may qualify for University sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route, based on the UKVI’s minimum salary thresholds.
