We are now seeking a Recruitment and Conversion Manager to join the Adam Smith Business School (ASBS) on a permanent basis.

In this key role, the successful candidate will oversee the entire recruitment and conversion process for ASBS applicants and offer holders, ensuring alignment with the School’s and Marketing & Recruitment strategies.

As part of the School’s Professional Services Team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to effectively implement the School’s Learning & Teaching strategy. The focus will be on achieving student recruitment targets, enhancing international opportunities, and supporting the development of the School’s teaching portfolio. A primary objective of the role is to contribute to the School’s student growth goals by ensuring the smooth operation of recruitment and conversion activities, as well as managing the School’s admissions process in partnership with the University’s External Relations team.

This is a full-time position (35 hours per week), with occasional international travel and some evening/weekend work required. The role is offered on an open-ended basis, and relocation assistance will be provided when applicable.
