Home Care Assistants – Join Our Community Care Team

Primary Carers 24/7 is looking for passionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our community-based team. We are currently seeking carers who hold a full UK driving licence, with sponsorship opportunities available for exceptional candidates.

Role Overview:

This position involves providing essential support and high-quality care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes, enabling them to live independently and safely. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, administering medication, and maintaining personal hygiene.

Every day will bring a new and unique challenge as you help vulnerable individuals achieve a better quality of life. You will work as part of a close-knit team, ensuring effective communication within the care circle so that each individual feels safe and supported.

Positions Available:

We are recruiting for both Full-time and Part-time positions in the surrounding areas of Blackburn, Darwen, Rossendale, Accrington, Clitheroe, Colne, Nelson, Burnley, and Barnoldswick. As the role is community-based, access to a UK driving licence and vehicle is essential.

Requirements:

Right to Work: Proof of your right to work in the UK.

Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication.

Compliance: Satisfactory enhanced DBS checks and references.

Experience:
