**Role & Responsibilities:**

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a proven history in restaurant management. In this role, you will manage daily operations, uphold the highest standards of customer service, and drive business growth.

**Key Duties:**

– Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
– Develop and manage budgets.
– Create staff schedules.
– Plan and update menus.
– Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
– Promote and market the restaurant.
– Oversee stock levels and order supplies.
– Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
– Manage reservations and customer interactions.
– Solve operational problems.
– Prepare and present staff and sales reports.
– Maintain financial and statistical records.
– Assess and enhance profitability.
– Liaise with customers, employees, suppliers, and authorities.
– Implement improvements and develop the restaurant.

**Qualifications:**

1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
2. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Benefits & Salary:**

– Annual salary of £37,000 to £39,000, based on experience.
– Assistance with accommodation and free meals.
– 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
– One position available.
