What You’ll Do
- Keep our properties safe and humming—think risk assessments, inspections, and quick fixes to keep health and safety on lock.
- Tackle reactive repairs and planned maintenance, working with our supply chain to scope smart, sustainable solutions that fit our ESG goals and budget.
- Shape our hard and soft services (like statutory compliance), teaming up with suppliers and our Commercial crew to nail the details.
- Build strong, friendly ties with partners, contractors, and suppliers to ensure top-notch service and value.
- Keep our CAFM system sharp—updating asset details and condition records so we’re always in the know.
- Help craft Service Charges with Property and Asset Managers that make sense for our leases and strategy.
- Set the bar high—monitor service levels, run audits, and nudge us toward better every day.
- Guide your team with care, setting goals and cheering them on to hit our shared targets.
- Jump in during emergencies with cool-headed smarts.
- Push sustainability and energy-saving tricks to hit our green goals.
The Portfolio You’ll Shape
We’ve got about 3,500 units—arches, shops, offices, homes, and more—pulling in £90M a year.
