Graduate Engineering Opportunities – September 2025 Start

Throughout the 2-year graduate program, you will have the opportunity to rotate within the business area and potentially explore other parts of the company. You will work alongside industry experts and consultants who will provide valuable mentoring and support.

We are looking for Graduate Engineers to join our Propulsion & Electromobility business area. We welcome applications from individuals with an Honours degree (minimum 2:2) or Master’s degree in the following disciplines:

  • Automotive Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Thermal Engineering

Preference will be given to applicants whose degree modules and/or final year projects relate to electromobility and/or battery technologies. Please include details of your major or final year project in your application.

Assessment Process
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will be invited to complete a short Microsoft Teams interview (which will be recorded) and psychometric tests. Successful candidates will then proceed to an assessment day, which will include an overnight stay. These will take place at the MIRA Technology Institute on one of the following dates:

  • 19th/20th March
  • 24th/25th March
  • 26th/27th March
