JOB SUMMARY
As a receptionist, you are responsible for
· Answer phone calls respectfully and friendly, transferring to team members or taking messages if the requested person is unavailable.
· Respond to queries politely and professionally. Some may phone to inquire, while others may simply show up at the front door.
Assisting with departmental administration, such as poster design, email notices, and meeting minutes.
Skills required
· Must have solid IT skills.
· Keep company information secret and discreet.
· Excellent phone manner.
· Maintain proper timekeeping and appearance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, and Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour.
Expected hours: 35 per week
