JOB SUMMARY

 

An exciting opportunity for a surveyor to join the University of Reading’s developing and diverse Land Management team. Collaborating with others to advance development that includes a Country Park and a new Garden Village that include the best sustainability principles, supported by the University’s long-term management and environmental stewardship. We want to build a community that offers residents a variety of opportunities for living, working, socialising, education, and recreation.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and equally happy to work outside or behind a desk, producing detailed reports and analysing competing land interests to ensure that the estate is used to support the University’s strategic priorities and organisational objectives.

You’ll have:

– Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

– Previous experience with project planning and development.

– A willingness to help other members of the team.

– The capacity to condense important information and operate independently under tight deadlines.

– A desire and commitment to furthering your surveying career.
