The Role

As a Graduate Performance and Modelling Engineer, you’ll:

  • Develop and refine high-fidelity simulation tools and vehicle models
  • Analyse data to improve high-performance vehicle behaviour
  • Assist with simulator-based testing and advanced vehicle dynamics research
  • Contribute to customer and internal projects across various sectors

You’ll begin by supporting external client projects, with potential future opportunities to work within our Formula One team.

This full-time, on-site role is based at our Brackley campus.

What You’ll Need

Required:

  • Master’s degree in a technical subject with focus on modelling, dynamics, or software (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Physics)
  • Exposure to vehicle dynamics, simulation, or software/data analysis (via academic or practical projects)

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with modelling tools (e.g. Dymola, Simpack), MATLAB, or Python/C++
  • Interest in machine learning or systems optimisation
