Job Description

Job Title: Digital Web & Application Manager
Visa Sponsorship: Available for eligible candidates under the Skilled Worker route

Are you a creative and technically skilled web professional ready to lead a major digital transformation? We are seeking a Digital Web & Application Manager to modernise our existing website and develop a bespoke web application that streamlines our internal processes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of an organisation-wide digital overhaul—enhancing user experience for clients and staff alike, and introducing smarter ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overhaul and redesign our current website to improve user experience, enhance branding, and present a more professional digital presence.
  • Lead the development of web-based tools that digitise key internal workflows such as forms, client onboarding, and approval processes.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure digital initiatives support wider business goals.
  • Ensure all digital platforms are mobile-friendly, accessible (WCAG compliant), and GDPR compliant.
  • Manage the entire web development lifecycle—from planning and design to testing, launch, and maintenance.
  • Monitor website performance, traffic, and security; troubleshoot issues and implement timely solutions.
  • Apply best practices in SEO, UX design, and web analytics to increase site visibility and user engagement.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams using newly developed applications or CMS tools.
  • Coordinate with external developers, designers, or digital agencies when required.
  • Oversee content governance, version control, and update cycles to ensure content remains accurate and relevant.

Desirable Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience with web development frameworks and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Laravel, React).
  • Hands-on experience in form automation, custom dashboards, or online workflow tools.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and digital accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
  • Familiarity with database integration, CRM systems, and API connectivity.

This is a pivotal role offering the chance to make a tangible impact on both the external image and internal efficiency of the organisation. If you’re passionate about building user-friendly digital tools and leading transformation projects, we’d love to hear from you.
