We are currently looking for a highly motivated Legal Consultant to support our operations in Hounslow. This is a full-time opportunity to become a trusted advisor, supporting various departments in navigating legal frameworks with confidence and clarity.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Legal Compliance Consultant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our organisation’s legal integrity. From contract management to advising on employment law, your legal expertise will help us operate responsibly and efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts, including client agreements and vendor partnerships.
- Advise HR and management on employment law matters, employee grievances, and policy compliance.
- Maintain accurate legal records, policies, and documentation across the organisation.
- Identify legal risks, assess implications, and offer clear, practical legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with external legal counsel when complex or high-stakes legal issues arise.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need strong legal knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate legal concepts clearly.
Essential Criteria:
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent); qualification to practice law is preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in corporate or employment law.
- Solid understanding of UK contract law, labour law, and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
- Discreet, ethical, and comfortable managing sensitive legal matters.
