Senior Social Workers – Dudley Disability Service (2 Vacancies)
Location: Ladies Walk Centre, Sedgley
Salary: Grade 10 (£41,511 – £44,711 per annum)
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Working Pattern: Agile working (minimum 2 days in the office)

Dudley Council is seeking two dedicated and skilled Senior Social Workers to join our Dudley Disability Service — a dynamic and growing team committed to delivering high-quality, strength-based social work to young people and adults with disabilities.

Your Role
As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a key leadership role in delivering assessments and interventions that promote independence, inclusion, and person-centred planning. You’ll help to develop a “whole life” approach to disability support and ensure individuals and their carers receive coordinated and compassionate care.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking applicants who:
- Have extensive experience and expertise in social work practice
- Bring a strength-based, person-centred approach to their work
- Are motivated and collaborative, with a desire to innovate and improve services
- Have knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding responsibilities
- Are confident supporting adults and their carers to navigate complex care needs
Working Arrangements
This is an agile role, with an expectation of at least two days per week based in the office to maintain team collaboration and service delivery.
