Salary: £29,000 – £34,000 per annum (based on role and experience)
Location: Glasgow, Scotland
Hours: 37–45 hours/week across 5 days

Role Overview
As Warehouse Manager, you will play a critical role in the supply chain, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You’ll be responsible for maintaining productivity, optimising warehouse systems, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
We’re seeking a driven individual who combines strategic thinking with hands-on management and is capable of building the business and enhancing brand appeal.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and transport companies
- Coordinate receipt, assembly, and dispatch of goods
- Efficient use of space, machinery, and resources
- Oversee automated and computerised warehouse systems
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and system updates
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff
- Lead daily briefings and performance reviews
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety
- Ensure proper storage of sensitive items (e.g. chemicals, food)
- Supervise maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment
- Monitor capacity planning and future resource needs
- Prepare regular reports and performance metrics
- Handle customer communication via email and phone
- Uphold security and legal compliance within the warehouse
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK (visa sponsorship available)
- Significant experience in warehouse/logistics management (verified by references)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and energetic
- Cultural awareness and professionalism
- (A degree is beneficial but not essential)

Visa Sponsorship and Eligibility
This vacancy is open to UK-based candidates, international applicants, and Tier 4 UK graduates who qualify for UKVI Skilled Worker (T2) visa sponsorship.
