What You’ll Be Doing
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with various mental health conditions. You’ll work within a team environment where every member supports each other to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Delivering safe, effective, and empathetic nursing care
- Leading on assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members
- Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in patient conditions
- Promoting a positive, respectful and inclusive atmosphere within the care setting

Where You’ll Be Based
Locations: 32 Studley Road, and 1 & 10 Cutenhoe Road, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU3 1BB
You’ll work across three well-established care homes—Ellenbrook House, Stockwood House, and Talbot House—all located near each other in Luton.
These homes provide support for individuals living with eating disorders and complex mental health needs, offering a structured environment that includes support around meals, group sessions, and community engagement. You’ll play a vital role in their long-term recovery and rehabilitation.
