About the Role
As a Charge Nurse, you’ll lead care in your part of the home, and take the reins in the absence of the Home Manager or Deputy. You’ll oversee clinical practices, administer medication, and ensure resident care plans are up to date and in line with all regulatory standards.

Your role is about more than tasks—it’s about putting resident wellbeing at the heart of everything you do.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
  • A compassionate leader who can support, mentor and inspire colleagues and student nurses
  • A clear communicator with the ability to write accurate records and lead with professionalism
  • A strong advocate of person-centred care
  • A vigilant professional who understands safeguarding responsibilities and is confident in raising concerns where needed

Please note: we are only able to offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship to candidates currently residing in the UK who have a minimum of two years’ experience.
