Detailed job description and primary responsibilities
The postholder is in charge of assessing care requirements as well as developing, implementing, and evaluating care programmes.
He/she is supposed to instruct unqualified employees.
The role requires effective communication with key members of the multidisciplinary team, as well as service users and patients.
