JOB SUMMARY

The User Experience and Service Specialist function is critical for enabling positive change in how users interact with supported goods, services, and processes. This role will help transform the overall user experience by incorporating automation and lean design.

The role will collaborate closely with our key business stakeholders, Heads of Service, Relationship Managers, and Service Leaders in general to influence and promote a UX-focused approach to service delivery across Digital Technology Services (DTS) and beyond, as required.

 

You’ll have:

 

  • Comprehensive knowledge and comprehension of UX practices, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent stakeholder connection and communication abilities.
  • Experience using ITIL and Lean approaches
  • Experience analysing, developing, and improving UX and service procedures.
