Brighter Days Care at Home is excited to announce that we’ve recently been granted a Skilled Worker Sponsor Licence, enabling us to offer Certificates of Sponsorship to qualified candidates under the Health and Care Worker visa route.

This is an excellent opportunity for care workers currently in the UK who are sponsored by another employer but are not receiving enough hours or work. If you’re looking to transfer your sponsorship to a supportive and reliable employer offering guaranteed full-time hours, we would love to hear from you.

We are also accepting applications from UK residents and others with the right to work in the UK, as we have several full-time positions available. All applicants will be evaluated fairly based on merit and suitability for the role.

The Role – Domiciliary Care Worker

As a valued member of our team, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care to clients in their own homes, assisting with:

• Personal care and daily living activities
• Meal preparation and medication reminders
• Building trust and providing companionship
• Encouraging independence and promoting overall wellbeing

Who We’re Looking For:

Caring, dependable individuals passionate about supporting others

Previous experience in care is essential

A driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred due to the nature of the role

Right to work in the UK (sponsorship available for eligible candidates)
