North Lanarkshire Community Living Assistant Sponsorship for skilled workers is currently available.

We are currently in the process of recruiting for a variety of positions within our services, which are available in Perth, Edinburgh, Lanarkshire, Glasgow, and Fife.

These positions in Motherwell, Wishaw, Bellshill, and Shotts (ML1, ML2, ML4, ML7) provide 37 contracted hours per week, which are divided between day shifts and back shifts. There is also the potential for additional hours and sleepovers. You will be providing one-on-one or two-on-one care to the individuals we support who have complex support requirements in their homes and the local community. You will be responsible for assisting them with their personal hygiene, dressing, medication, communication, mealtimes, and participation in their selected activities for the day. You will be responsible for ensuring that they attend college, appointments, recreational activities, and social events, as well as assisting with their daily living routines and care needs.

In our capacity as an approved Skilled Worker Visa Sponsor, we are currently in the process of recruiting experienced and compassionate individuals who are currently residing in the United Kingdom to join our team.   • Demonstrated competence in the care sector in the United Kingdom
  • Citations that illustrate your most recent clinical experience
  • An exceptional level of English proficiency, both in writing and speaking

Please be advised that candidates must satisfy the current visa requirements for the United Kingdom, and you will be accountable for the expenses associated with your application.
