JOB SUMMARY

 

The post holder is accountable for providing safe and effective clinical services within the specialities, ensuring that all milestones, deadlines, and objectives are met as necessary, and meeting the performance and patient access targets for their specialities.

They will give necessary administrative leadership to ensure that the specialisations operate effectively.

They will be accountable for the successful administration of human resources, financial resources, clinical governance, and business planning frameworks.

The position holder will help with the strategic development of services within the service.
