Job Description
The post holder will be responsible for the effective management of the peritoneal dialysis department, providing both clinical and managerial leadership to the team. They will oversee the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, ensuring that both nursing and corporate standards are upheld and measured.

Main Duties of the Job
Communicate effectively with both the team and patients, providing emotional support when needed.
Attend MDT meetings to ensure clear communication and effective patient care.
Use clinical expertise to suggest adjustments or amendments to treatment plans.
Manage personal and team caseloads efficiently.
Establish and maintain links with other centres and represent medical companies.
Contribute to the delivery of a cost-effective service.
Address patient complaints and investigate incidents when necessary.
