About the Role
This position sits within the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) team and serves as the key link between shop operations and the planning function. Key Responsibilities

Develop, update, and manage production schedules, ensuring alignment with operational goals and KPIs.

Track engines, modules, and piece parts through each shop visit, proactively identifying improvement opportunities to keep TAT and labour hours on target.

Identify and escalate any deviations from daily task schedules, ensuring alignment with standard work procedures.

Generate and distribute digital reports, highlighting exceptions, assigning action owners, and verifying follow-ups across product lines.

Collaborate with support teams to align internal and external material commitments with production needs.

Partner with Operations to monitor labour capacity and ensure staffing levels (including leave, sickness, and training) support production plans.

Contribute to long-term site capacity planning (labour and tooling) with the broader SIOP team.

Maintain and update key planning tools and systems including SAP, engine plans, output trackers, and automated scheduling platforms.

Lead daily production meetings and coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventative work with minimal disruption.

Facilitate cross-functional production meetings, including regular engagement with the Senior Leadership Team.
