Pathway Recruitment Specialist – International Foundation Programmes

We are seeking a motivated and strategic professional to join our Global Student Recruitment Team in a newly created role that reflects the growing importance of pathway recruitment.
Working in close partnership with the International Study and Language Institute (ISLI), you will lead on a dynamic programme of stakeholder engagement designed to meet ambitious undergraduate pathway recruitment targets, specifically for the International Foundation Programmes (IFP) and International Foundation Year (IFY).
This role requires a broad skill set and deep understanding of the international higher education recruitment landscape. You will be confident working with both internal and external stakeholders and bring a proactive, solution-focused approach to your work.
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Significant experience in the higher education sector, with specific expertise in International Foundation pathways
- Commercial awareness and proven success in achieving recruitment and conversion targets
- Experience executing effective sales and conversion strategies
- The ability to understand customer needs and influence decision-making aligned with a clear value proposition
- A strong grasp of the international student recruitment landscape and its unique challenges
- Experience using CRM systems for managing engagement and tracking performance
