Lead the Future of Adult Social Care

Are you a motivated leader ready to make a real difference in people’s lives? Westmorland and Furness Council is looking for a dynamic Service Manager to join our Adult Social Care team and help drive the future of in-house care services across Eden, South Lakes, and Furness.

Working alongside a passionate leadership team, you’ll play a central role in shaping innovative, person-centred care—supporting adults and individuals with learning disabilities and autism at home, in Extra Care Housing, Supported Living, and Residential Care settings.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop services to ensure high-quality, efficient, and person-centred outcomes
  • Drive service improvement in line with Council strategy and goals
  • Contribute to both strategic planning and day-to-day operational excellence
  • Inspire and support your team, cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture
