The Role: Delivery Lead

In this pivotal role, you will:

Support cross-functional delivery teams to ensure timely, effective product delivery.

Act as a Scrum Master when needed and facilitate agile ceremonies.

Collaborate with Product Managers and Heads of Product to shape objectives and roadmaps.

Lead planning and execution across the full product lifecycle.

Manage key internal and external stakeholders.

Contribute to and help shape our evolving team culture through guilds and communities.

Investigate and resolve incidents, participating in major incident response and problem-solving.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile thinking.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Can clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Knows how to motivate teams, drive delivery, and manage change.

Brings a balanced mindset to innovation and service stability.

Has experience with tools and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, ITIL, Jira, and Trello.

Has strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement at Director level.

Has experience throughout the software development lifecycle, with sound technical understanding.

Understands agile principles and can apply them across different situations.

Can lead and mentor empowered teams, manage budgets, and deliver on time and on budget.
